Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issues with your order/event, we cannot give refunds due to the nature of the events. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been made. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the service/event.
